چکیده
In recent years, low earth orbit (LEO) satellite constellation systems have been developed rapidly. However, the scarcity of spectrum resources has become one major obstacles to this trend. LEO communication sharing incumbent geostationary (GEO) system is a feasible way alleviate scarcity. Therefore, it practical significance study optimization allocation (RA) in scenario. This paper focuses on RA problem that satellites share GEO high throughput satellite’s beam-hopping (BH) manner. The served as primary and secondary whose frequency bands transmitting power are strictly limited. Compared with conventional multibeam satellites, BH advantage flexibility time dimension. we make full use realize matching traffic demand supply. decomposed into three sub-problems, namely, band selection (FBS) problem, illuminated cell (ICS) (TPA) problem. We solve each sub-problem order finally form complete scheme. performance evaluation proposed scheme carried out real-time simulation results show paired good adaptability uneven distribution

Multi-beam Satellite Resource Allocation Optimization for Beam Hopping Transmission
Multi-beam satellite systems have been studied a lot in the last ten years. They have many promising features like power gain, interference reduction, high flexibility to adapt the asymmetric traffic distribution, and the improvement of the system capacity compared with single-beam systems. In multi-beam satellite systems, the beamforming antenna can generate a number of spot beams over the cov...
متن کاملDistributed Dynamic Spectrum Allocation for Secondary Users in a Vertical Spectrum Sharing Scenario
In this paper, we study the problem of distributed spectrum allocation under a vertical spectrum sharing scenario in a cognitive radio network. The secondary users share the spectrum licensed to the primary user by observing the activity statistics of the primary users, and regulate their transmission strategy in order to abide by the spectrum sharing etiquette. When the primary user is inactiv...
متن کاملRSVP for LEO satellites
The Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) is working on extending the traditional TCP/IP model for supporting multimedia and real-time applications on the Internet. Thus, new protocols have been developed such as the Resource Reservation Protocol (RSVP). At the same time, there has been a growing interest in using Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellites. In the near future, when the Internet with mul...
